How it works

FLOW Studio is the visual environment for designing and running workflows and business processes. Build executable flows by connecting steps, defining logic, and setting conditions—all in an intuitive visual interface. Workflows can be triggered manually, scheduled, or launched automatically by events, making it easy to automate approvals, acknowledgments, checklists, decisions, parallel tasks, and repeatable business processes.

With built-in AI support, FLOW Studio can also generate workflows automatically. Simply describe the process in natural language or upload existing policies, procedures, or documentation, and the AI will analyze the content and create the corresponding workflow structure. This allows teams to quickly turn written processes into executable flows without building them step by step.

Flows can call functions, interact with AI Task Experts, and connect seamlessly with screens and data models across the platform. Once created, workflows can be saved as reusable flow templates, helping teams standardize processes and scale automation across the organization.
